Get embed form ID of a form

This guide shows you how to get the embed code (form ID) for your form so you can place it on any page of your Shopify store.

There are two ways:

1. Option 1: Go to the App -> click Forms -> select the ID of the form you want to get -> click to copy the form ID.
2. Option 2: Open a form; the form ID will also be in the form editing section -> click to copy the form ID.
