How to Get Started #

GGo to the Shopify App Store, search for “Viformy”, and click “Install”.

Click “Create Form” and choose a Template or start from Blank Template. Use the drag-and-drop editor to add fields and customize layout.

Use the drag-and-drop form builder interface: see a live preview, and add elements like text, email, file upload, checkboxes, etc

For each field, you can configure:

Go to the Mail Notifications section to configure who receives emails when a form is submitted.

Click “Publish” to make your form live. You can embed it on any page using the provided form ID or block.

All submissions are saved in the “Submissions” tab inside the app. From there, you can view, export, or manage them.
